- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

- We offer standard shipping within Australia. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.
Delivery Times:
- Generally, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days after processing. Please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
International Shipping:
- At this time, we only ship within Australia. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns:
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@leveragelvrg.com.au with your order number and reason for the return.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Exchanges:
- If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for an exchange.
Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
