Return & Refund Policy

Returns:
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Support@leveragelvrg.com.au with your order number and reason for the return.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Exchanges:
- If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for an exchange.
Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
